Here's a yummy recipe for a smoothie I make regularly and love.
1 cup lactose free milk (you can of course use regular)
1 banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries or mixed berries
1 tbsp of ground flax seed
A handful of fresh or frozen spinach leaves
Blend until smooth and ENJOY!!
